Regen Fest 2026 — Sunday Schedule
Regen Fest 2026 · Day Three
The Private Tour
Sunday, October 4 · 84 Ranch, Pagosa Springs
A slow last morning before everyone heads home. Breakfast, yoga while the valley wakes up, and a private walk of two working regenerative ranches — ours and our neighbor's — with time to talk to the people who run them.
The morning
Included in the weekend bundle — no separate ticket — and open to locals who want to see the ranches.
Coffee & Breakfast
Breakfast burritos and warm cinnamon rolls, served where the fires were the night before. Come as you are.
Morning Wellness
The wellness area opens for morning yoga, stretching and quiet time before the walking starts. Bring a mat or use one of ours.
Private Tour — 84 Ranch
A walk of the working ranch with Brian: the pastures and how the animals are moved, the livestock, the cabins, and what regenerative management actually looks like day to day. Small group, and every question gets answered.
Private Tour — Cerulean Skies Ranch
Next door with Kevin and Monica: the Cerulean Skies story at the barn, the sheep and cattle and how they're rotated, the tree and land work, and a look at the 20-spot regenerative RV park coming to Pagosa Springs.
Coffee, Conversation, Goodbyes
No agenda. Stay as long as you like, meet the people you kept passing all weekend, and head off when you're ready.
Who Sunday is for
It's the quietest day of the weekend and, for a lot of people, the most useful one.
Sponsored by
Cerulean Skies Ranch
Sunday is hosted and sponsored by our neighbors Kevin & Monica of Cerulean Skies Ranch, who open their gates and walk you through their operation themselves.
